This message is sent to the window object if either the window is resized (see window->resize), the bounding box of the content changed (see window->changed_union) or the window was scrolled (see window->scroll_to).

It can be redefined to constrain other objects to these actions. The redefined method must call this method to ensure proper update of the windows window->scrollbars.
